Trion Worlds has sent word that Rift’s new expansion, Starfall Prophecy, has officially entered its open beta phase of development. Players are invited to join up to check out the new level cap, five new zones, a pair of new dungeons, technical improvements and more.
Rift – Fortress Sieges Announced For Starfall Prophecy
The Rift site has been updated with a new developer post to reveal the first information about fortress sieges that will be released with the Starfall Prophecy expansion. Players can literally storm castles as an individual, in a small group or in a full 10 player raid.
Rift – Haunting Autumn Harvest Gives Players a Reason to Say Boo
Rift players have tons of fun to look forward to with the arrival of the Autumn Harvest, an annual in-game event. Players can head to the Monster Mash in the Black Garden and can earn some costumes, the Necro Budgie mount, and take part in some holiday-themed quests.
Rift – Starfall Prophecy Delayed to October 17th
The Rift: Starfall Prophecy beta has been delayed, though no particular reason was given on the official forum post. The beta will kick off on Monday, October 17th. Access to the PTS has been closed for the time being to allow the team to “update and polish the beta build”.
Rift – Starfall Prophecy Open Beta Slated for October 13th
Fans of Rift will definitely want to check into the game beginning October 13th when the open beta for the game’s expansion, Starfall Prophecy, will kick off. Starfall Prophecy brings five new zones, two new dungeons, the new Legendary Powers and Planar Fragments systems and check out the Planar Assault Adventures.
Rift – Legendary Powers From Starfall Prophecy Previewed
When the next expansion to Rift goes live, players will have the ability to access a new level of skill called Legendary Powers. Legendary Powers improve on already existing skills by adding new mechanics, effects or by making them more powerful. Legendary powers are obtained between levels 66 and 70 with players able to add up to 3 abilities for each Soul.
