The Star Wars: The Old Republic forum has been updated with a new post to reassure players that their existing companions will remain available to them outside of the story Chapters in the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion. During Chapters, a specific group of characters will be accompanying players.

Bioware’s Eric Musco has posted on the Star Wars: The Old Republic forums that the v3.3 patch that includes the playable Togruta race, has been delayed for the time being. The team is anxious to get it into the hands of players and will deploy the update as soon as possible with more information to be released tomorrow.

Togruta Race to Become Playable with v3.3 Update

Bioware has confirmed that the Togruta race will become playable beginning with the v3.3 update that will be deployed on Tuesday, July 21st. Interestingly, devs also revealed that headgear on Togruta, because of the appendages on their heads, will be hidden, opening the way, the post said, for "other species down the line who have ‘head things going on’."
