Blizzard has announced that the World of Warcraft charity pet, Mischief the Fel Kitten, is now on sale in the Blizzard Store. Both a virtual battle pet and a real-world plushie featuring Mischief are available. 100% of the $10 purchase price of the virtual pet through the end of December will go to the Make-A-Wish foundation while the plushie is $25.00 with $14.00 going to Make-A-Wish.

World of Warcraft: Legion is considered by many as one of the best expansions in the game’s history. World of Warcraft – Free Kirin Tor Emissary Chest Hotfixed In
Over the long Thanksgiving weekend, one of the World of Warcraft daily reputation or “emissary” quests popped up for the Kirin Tor. This group is a faction that has come up rarely since Legion’s launch but is one of the required exalted faction prerequisites for flying set to be introduced in a later update. While four quests are required to complete an emissary quest, only two Kirin Tor quests came up throughout the weekend (one a brand new quest and came up twice), one of which was broken.

World of Warcraft players have been speculating for quite a while that there was an unseen cap on the number of Legendaries each character guaranteed to obtain with the help of bad luck protection. It was thought that this cap was 4. In a post late last week, Game Director Ion “Watcher” Hazzikostas admitted that there was indeed a legendary “softcap” and explained why it was in place and why it was since removed without patch notes notification.
World of Warcraft – Three Top Guilds Stripped of Mythic Helya Kill Honors
Three of the first five guilds to take out Helya in the World of Warcraft: Legion raid, Trial of Valor, have been stripped of the achievement for doing so and all participants have been banned from the game for eight days. The three guilds (Exorsus, From Scratch and Limit) used a known exploit to take out Helya, the raid’s final boss. Method and Serenity, the other two guilds in the top 5, did not use the exploit and their achievements stand, including Method’s world first Helya kill.
