Smug has trained over the year–Rocky Balboa-style–and it shows. With that, and a few handy buffs to Balrog, Dr. Smuggles has found himself consistently sitting on the top of the CFN leaderboard. Once we see him making his way to tournaments, we should see some real fireworks across the board.
