Rivals of Aether is a very interesting indie fighter. It draws much inspiration from the Super Smash Bros. playbook, but a lot of the characters and play styles function in their own unique fashion. Combined with the entertaining sprite style and animations, RoA is certainly a worthwhile game to watch and play.

Today, YouTuber ThirstyWench, along with Phazed, puts together this collaborative combo music video using Orcane (the water-based whale-puppy thing). This video showcases some crazy neutral into surprising kill confirms, as well as interesting teleport shenanigans. This cheeky play is edited to the beat of the song, too, making it quite the show!

Nitroplus Blasterz: Heroines Infinite Duel is becoming an increasingly popular game for combo videos. Its double assist mechanics and loose inputs allow for similar combo flexibility to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Skullgirls 2nd Encore; if you add the amount of synergy that each character has with multiple assists, it makes this game magical for combos.

In this video, Ignis from the visual novel game Jingai Makyou steps up to slice and dice through foes. She has some powerful combos, including several super combos and cancels that extend the pain for quite a while.

Geese Howard is one of the poster boys of the King of Fighters series; the perennial villain typically hits like a truck while usually being fairly easy for newer players to pick up and learn the game with.

There has been a lot of concern about Chun-Li in Street Fighter V Season 2: with a lot of nerfs–including to her air game, with the frame disadvantage of instant air Lightning Legs–she hasn’t seen as much in the way of top 8 play since the update.

There is one person that aims to be the naysayer to her critics, and that is Nuki. He has played Chun-Li in every possible iteration of Street Fighter, and he doesn’t seem concerned at all with her nerfs. In this compilation, he shows that she is still very dangerous. Featuring a lot of comebacks, a double perfect, and a very clutch performance against r/Kappa|John Takeuchi’s Rashid, this video is exemplary of what Chun players need to be doing this season.
