Epic Files Suit Against YouTube Streamers for Endorsing ‘Magical Powers’ Cheats

Epic Games is proving once again that it’s not fooling around when it comes to cheating in Fortnite. This time, Epic is taking on two YouTubers for copyright infringement for endorsing and distributing cheat programs in the game. According to documents filed in a North Carolina Federal court, Epic is suing Brandon “Golden Modz” Lucas, a prolific YouTube streamer with over 1.7 million subscribers. Also named in the suit is Colton “Excentric” Conter.

Bossa Studios Celebrates the Even Balance of PvP and PvE Servers

When Worlds Adrift first launched into EA, many in the community couldn’t get past the initial stage of the game due to rampant PvP. When the community cried foul, the team said that this type of gameplay was one of their core pillars and that things wouldn’t be changing any time soon. However, in a new video podcast simply called “WE WERE WRONG”, the team backtracks on that “pillar” and that holding “back PvE and PvP for so long” was a bad decision.

Echo Fox releases FGC Division Manager Boeken as part of their restructuring

The cuts keep coming — but it’s not a player this time.

We have recently seen the dominant FGC team Echo Fox begin to slim down their FGC division recently, among other cuts that saw their Gears of War team also cut. Just when you thought it was safe, another hit is taken.

FGC division manager Boeken recently took to Twitter to announce he was no longer with the esports team, signalling further cuts from their FGC department — which has already seen Street Fighter player Punk, Tekken players JDCR and Saint, and NetherRealm players Theo and Scar all released from their contracts. Whether this signals that even further cuts will come remains to be seen — nor do we know who is now in charge of their FGC division at this time.
