Deep Silver has announced its intention to part ways with Dead Island 2 developer Yager. According to a statement from Deep Silver, the publisher will "continue working towards bringing out vision of Dead Island 2 to life and will share further information at a later stage."

Cryptic Studios has announced that the forthcoming Strongholds module for Neverwinter will launch on August 11th. Strongholds is the largest playable map in the game and in its first iteration, the focus will be on PvE. Later, guilds will be able to wrest control of locations within the zone to build fortresses and will be able to engage in GvG warfare starting in September.
