General: SOE Goes Indie – Now Known as Daybreak Game Company
Sony Online Entertainment has been acquired by an investment management firm that specializes in technology, media and entertainment companies. Called "Columbus Nova", the move effectively makes SOE an independent games development studio. Of keen interest is the fact that, as an indie developer, SOE will now be able to create games across multiple platforms including XBox, mobile and more. As part of the acquisition, SOE will now be known as Daybreak Game Company.
DC Universe Online: SOE’s Lucky 13th DLC Features Group Content & a Big Story
During a recent live stream event, we had the opportunity to check out some of the fantastic group content that DC Universe Online’s thirteenth DLC, Amazon Fury Part II, will bring to players. Senior Creative Director Jens Andersen and Design Director Jesse Benjamin hosted the hour-long event that featured a sneak peek at new raids and operations that are tailor-made for four to eight players.

The Realm Zero team has reached out to let us know that the game is currently in alpha testing and is in need of new testers to help prepare the way for beta testing and eventual final release. Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft: The Road to the World Championships Mapped
The Hearthstone site has been updated with the tournament ‘road map’ that will ultimately lead to the World Championships in late 2015. Players will take part in regional battles that will ultimately see four players from the Americas, Europe, China and Asia-Pacific competing for the ultimate prize of $100,000.
Trove: Winging Your Way Through the Game (Literally) Coming Soon
Trove players will soon be able to jet through the skyways when the Take Flight update launches into the game in the very near future. All players will be able to access flight upon reaching Mastery Level 20 or finding them as a rare drop while adventuring through the world or by purchasing a Power Pack.
MU Online: Battle Core Update to Launch February 3rd
When tomorrow’s maintenance is complete, MU Online players will be able to head to the cross server world called "Battle Core". Battle Core gives players the opportunity to participate in monthly events to earn special tokens used to purchase unique items to show off their prowess. Battle Core will feature two distinct daily activities for players that will change from month to month.
