ZeRo Shares 5 Common Mistakes Players Make in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

Attention Super Smash Bros. for Wii U players: if you constantly find yourself getting bodied, TSM|ZeRo has got your back with his list of the top 5 mistakes he sees Smash 4 players making. Each of these common errors and bad habits can easily lead to losing a stock.

ZeRo warns against wasting your double jump, missing grab chances, not mixing up your edge game, and rolling from the edge or air dodging too often. His video warrants a look for new players that want to avoid picking up these habits, or for Smash veterans looking to eliminate them–or, alternatively, get in on some new opportunities to punish their opponents.

ZeRo has also recently highlighted some underused Smash 4 fighters, and weighed in on the Melee tier list.

Street Fighter V Character Concept Art Reveals R. Mika’s Opponents, and Some Old Masters

The Japanese CFN Portal website has added more Street Fighter V character concept art, this time giving us a look at R. Mika’s opponents on the Iwashi Ga Hama Women’s Pro-Wrestling circuit. It’s a collection of colorful characters as over-the-top as Mika herself, such as the horror-themed dirty fighter Vivian Nishiki, and the Canadian-born Maple Storm.

Red Bull’s Snake Eyez Is Looking to Give Up The ‘Gief in Street Fighter V

Red Bull’s Darryl “Snake Eyez” Lewis is strongly associated with Zangief, his classic main since he started to play Street Fighter. However, according to an interview performed by Daily Dot Esports at DreamHack Austin, he has found competing with Street Fighter V’s version of the Red Cyclone too difficult, and is now deciding on a new fighter to rely on for upcoming tournaments.

“It’s not working out at all right now…the character’s kinda dead,” he claims, citing that his recent matchups with Zangief have been far less successful than before. He expresses concern that Zangief will be unable to compete against Street Fighter V’s inevitable newcomers as they are introduced, and also hints that we may see him bring out Ryu as his main for SFV in the future.

In the interview, RB|Snake Eyez also discusses his thoughts on Street Fighter V’s reported 8-frame latency on PlayStation 4, the growth of Street Fighter and the FGC, and how unsponsored players can provide a challenge.
