Elder Scrolls Online – Just Joking Around During the Jester’s Festival

Tamriel’s citizens will have an opportunity to stand up and take part in the Jester’s Festival in Elder Scrolls Online. The event will kick off for wise-crackers on March 23rd and runs through April 4th. Special pavilions have been set up in Ebonheart, Vulkhel Guard and Daggerfall where jesters posing as faction leaders will assign one zany task to complete each day.

The Elder Scrolls Online site has a new guide for the upcoming Morrowind expansion and one of the battlegrounds that PvPers will get to enjoy. In this post, the Ald Carac battleground is detailed, a location with a distinctly Dwarven theme. It has been designed from the ground up to keep players “in tight close combat”.

In 2002’s Elder Scrolls III, players journeyed to the home location of the Dark Elves, Vvardenfell. In Elder Scrolls Online, players will be in Vvardenfell again or, more accurately (and technically), for the first time. The events of ESO take place 700 years prior to the events of Elder Scrolls III so the landscape is going to be both familiar and different at the same time.
