Elder Scrolls Online: Can You Predict the Outcome of BE3?

I was invited to join an event that is happening this weekend but sadly due to some circumstances I’m unable to attend. But, that doesn’t mean I can’t do what the gaming community does best, theorize. This weekend Bethesda/Zenimax is hosting BE3, a showcase for all Bethesda and Zenimax games. Basically, a small version of QuakeCon two days prior to the official door openings for the Electronic Entertainment Expo.

Elder Scrolls Online: Community Class Builds – The Hidden Viper

As a part of our ongoing Inside ESO content, we’ve begun a new regular column devoted to the community’s own creativity: the Elder Scrolls Online Community Class Builds. This week, we asked you all to submit your best ideas for an assassin-themed build, and while we received a load of great entries, one truly stood out: TheLegitFreeman’s Hidden Viper.

Elder Scrolls Online: Dark Brotherhood DLC Launches

Players on PC and Mac will be able to get started with the big Elder Scrolls Online DLC ‘Dark Brotherhood’. The new content takes players to the Gold Coast and sees them join up with the assassins’ guild. ESO Plus members receive the DLC as part of the membership package or it can be purchased separately for 2,000 Crowns in the ESO Crown Store.

Elder Scrolls Online: PTS Is a Growing Concern

There is a glaring problem with The Elder Scrolls Online and it’s rarely brought up as a concern. This issue isn’t present in just ESO, it is an ongoing concern throughout the entire MMORPG genre. In this week’s column I’m going to hold off discussing The Dark Brotherhood a bit and talk about something that I think we need to try and rectify or provide ideas to Zenimax and other companies. Let’s discuss Test Servers and the incredibly low population of people that utilize them.

Elder Scrolls Online: Consoles ‘Opened Up the Game to Millions of New People’

Elder Scrolls Online is a gigantic success according to Zenimax’s Matt Firor. Between the transition of the game from a subscription model to a buy to play title and the release of ESO for both XBox One and PlayStation 4, Firor says that the game was opened up to ‘millions of new people’, later qualifying that statement with ‘that’s actually new players’.

Elder Scrolls Online: Dark Brotherhood Second Impressions

I never played the single player Elder Scrolls games (I know its blasphemy). So I’m not incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the Dark Brotherhood. I knew what they were, a guild of assassins, killing those who were marked for death. After going through this new DLC for The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel Unlimited I have a much deeper understanding for what they do and what they are. They’re called Dark Brotherhood for a reason, this DLC is fantastically dark.
