Everyone has a fighting chance
The Heroes of the Storm PTR will be updated on June 23rd with the Eternal Conflict expansion that will bring characters and lore from the Diablo series of games. Of note, players can expect to see The Butcher, a new map, Battlefield of Eternity, new mounts and skins from the Diablo universe into HotS.
Blizzard Enterteinment has announced that it will be hosting a brand new all-star tournament to celebrate the retail release of Heroes of the Storm. The tournament will take place in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 6th, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific / 3 p.m. Eastern.
This week, with Heroes of the Storm hitting Open Beta, and closing in on launch in just two weeks, we figured it might be a good time to toss a terrible MOBA player into the Nexus and see what he learns. Blizzard has announced that the inaugural Heroes of the Storm World Championships will take place in Anaheim, California during Blizzcon 2015. Teams from around the world will be brought in to try their hand at grabbing a piece of the $1.2 million cash and prize pool.

Blizzard has announced that Heroes of the Storm will officially launch on June 2nd. In addition, a period of open beta testing will kick off on May 19th. The game will ship with thirty Heroes, 130 skins, fourteen mounts and seven individual maps.
