Dragon Age is a series of games which prides itself on telling stories which connect with people on a personal level. Because of this and also because it has existed for about seven years at this point there is an ample amount of high quality fan creations devoted to Dragon Age and I am sure I’ll revisit this fandom a few times. Also, though I do have a few things from DA2 most of what I have today is from the most recent game, Dragon Age: Inquisition.

No Matter Studios has officially launched its KickStarter initiative for Prey for the Gods, an action survival game that takes place in a frozen wasteland. The team seeks to raise $300,000 to complete development of the game that was first revealed last year.

Dark Eden was originally released in 1997 as a free-to-play vampire / horror online RPG with an emphasis on PvP. Mark Kern is gauging interest for “Ember”, what he is calling the spiritual successor to Firefall’s original design. According to the Change.org petition he has posted, the original vision for Firefall was lost in development over the years and “can’t be played today”. As a result, he is interested in bringing Ember to life.

This past week we sat down with David Reid to talk about MetaArcade and their first title, the classic RPG which has lived throughout the ages: Tunnels and Trolls. The game is in very early stages of development, but David was kind enough to talk shop and go through some of the elements that make the title so popular among all generations of gamers.
