Dragon Age is a series of games which prides itself on telling stories which connect with people on a personal level. Because of this and also because it has existed for about seven years at this point there is an ample amount of high quality fan creations devoted to Dragon Age and I am sure I’ll revisit this fandom a few times. Also, though I do have a few things from DA2 most of what I have today is from the most recent game, Dragon Age: Inquisition.

General: Prey for the Gods Team Launches KickStarter

No Matter Studios has officially launched its KickStarter initiative for Prey for the Gods, an action survival game that takes place in a frozen wasteland. The team seeks to raise $300,000 to complete development of the game that was first revealed last year.

General: Pokemon Go Now in Limited Release

Nintendo and Niantic Labs have a surprise for fans of Pokemon: Mobile title Pokemon Go has been released in Australia and New Zealand for both iOS and Mobile devices. Players in the US and Japan are being urged to wait to wait for their specific regional releases of Pokemon Go before downloading.

General: Soul Ark Revealed, Creator of Ragnarok Leads Development

The original creator of Ragnarok Manwha, the manga/manwha basis for Ragnarok Online, is working on a new mobile game called Soul Ark. According to Steparu.com, the first playable demo for Soul Ark should be ready for presentation during G-Star 2016. Check out the video below to see it in action.

General: Dark Eden Rises from the Ashes on Steam Greenlight

Dark Eden was originally released in 1997 as a free-to-play vampire / horror online RPG with an emphasis on PvP. The game has been live in various iterations around the world since that time but has been largely unseen by many of today’s gamers. The Greenlight campaign could breathe new life into the game.

General: Kern Gauging Support for ‘Spiritual Successor’ to Firefall

Mark Kern is gauging interest for “Ember”, what he is calling the spiritual successor to Firefall’s original design. According to the Change.org petition he has posted, the original vision for Firefall was lost in development over the years and “can’t be played today”. As a result, he is interested in bringing Ember to life.
