While fans in Japan will be able to grab four different Street Fighter V bundles when the game launches early next year, American players won’t have quite the same choices. Fortunately, Capcom has partnered with GameStop to provide some pretty massive compensation for folks in the west.

The collection in question bundles the Street Fighter V collectors edition package, which includes a Ryu figurine, art book, and more, with one of Mad Catz’ brand new Chun-Li Tournament Edition 2 arcade sticks and three months of PlayStation Plus.

This exclusive bundle is priced at $329.98, but is limited to just 400 units, so be sure to take advantage soon if you’re interested.

Street Fighter V is scheduled to launch for PlayStation 4 and PC on February 16.

Earlier this year, community member AnBi2199 released GunFrame, a Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- frame data app for Android devices. While Apple users were originally left out of the loop, this useful resource is now available for iOS.

Similar to its predecessor, the GunFrame app for iOS features handy tables full of frame data for every Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- character and, best of all, it’s completely free of charge.

While some portions of this tool still require work (trying to access the app’s additional wakeup and attack tables causes it to crash), this should be handy for anyone looking to quickly research a character and their moves before a tournament match. Lab Zero Games certainly left their mark on the fighting game community with the release of Skullgirls, but they’re taking a different approach with their next title. With a battle system reminiscent of Valkyrie Profile, Indivisible gives this talented team the ability to carry over their knowledge of combo-heavy gameplay to the roleplaying genre.

But that doesn’t mean they’re ready to give up on Skullgirls just yet. As part of their planned lineup of indie cameos, the developers will be transporting Annie of the Stars over from the world of the Skull Heart. This will finally give fans heartbroken by her loss in the Encore character poll the chance to see her become playable.

Over the past few weeks, Lab Zero has been providing glimpses of their takes on these indie characters, and they recently took some time to show how Annie has transitioned to the Indivisible style. The gallery below includes her official artwork as well as comparisons to her Skullgirls concept, main character Ajna, and the rest of the guest roster.

Thanks to a fortunate deadline extension, Indivisible is still collecting crowdfunding contributions. Paying homage to their previous Chun-Li arcade stick, the folks at Mad Catz are just about ready to launch a brand new Tournament Edition 2 variant that hearkens back to the early days of Street Fighter IV.

Similar to that earlier product, this arcade stick pops with the iconic blue and yellow attributed to the world’s strongest woman, complemented by her official Street Fighter V artwork. Apart from its aesthetics, players can expect the same high quality seen in other TE2 products, including premium Sanwa Denshi parts, a sturdy metal base, and an overall design that makes customization a snap. And, of course, it’s compatible with both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.

Pre-orders are currently open through Mad Catz and Amazon for $229.99, but only the former will net you a bonus shoulder strap. Shipments for North America, Europe, and Japan are expected to begin shortly, making this the kind of global affair that’s rarely seen in the world of arcade sticks.

Additionally, stocks of the base Tournament Edition 2 have been replenished, so be sure to check out Mad Catz’ online store if you’re still interested in picking it up. They’ve apparently seen some improvement in the top clear panel and artwork, so it might be worth looking into even if you already own one.

Transitioning to a new generation can be a costly proposition for most gamers, but expenses definitely begin to pile up as a fighting game fan. Apart from purchasing the console and whatever games you hope to compete in, those of us who rely on arcade sticks to get the job done typically have to shell out extra cash for modifications or, in some cases, completely new peripherals.

That’s where budget controllers, like those in HORI’s Fighting Stick Mini line, come into play. Their latest iteration adds PlayStation 4 functionality while still retaining compatibility for PlayStation 3 as well as improved buttons for a more clicky feel. Of course, you won’t find any of HORI’s fancy Hayabusa and Kuro parts here, but this small stick could be just the thing for beginners or players on a budget.

The HORI PS4 Fighting Stick Mini 4 is now available for $39.99 through Arcade Shock. Shipments are expected to begin sometime near the middle of December.

With a number of BlazBlue titles under their belts, it appears as if publisher H2 Interactive has set their sights on bringing Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- to PC as well. A listing for the port, pictured below, was recently discovered on Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) website ahead of an official announcement.

Only time will tell what this news means for the fighting game community, but with a console release for Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR- already on the horizon, it’s hard to think of this as a major game-changer. We’ll be sure to keep you informed as more details become available.
