Blizzard has released the latest Overwatch lore video. This time, Hanzo and Genji take the starring roles in the video called “Dragons”. In the video, Hanzo, the Archer, returns to his family home to try to find redemption for killing his brother and to heal. See what you think and get ready for Tuesday’s launch of Overwatch.

Blizzard is making no bones about its stance against the cheaters in Overwatch. According to a new post on Battle.net forums, any players found using hacks, bots or third-party software will be permanently banned on their first offense, no warnings given.

Overwatch was a huge hit over its open beta weekend with 9.7M players taking part. Those numbers are a record-breaker for Blizzard and far outpace similar games including Destiny (4.6M) and The Division (6.4M).

Overwatch fans in a limited number of movie theaters throughout the US will have an opportunity to see all of the game’s cinematics, including two new ones (Hanzo & Genji and Soldier 76) as well as view a behind-the-scenes developer panel regarding the game’s lore and storytelling.

Overwatch is set to launch in just a couple of weeks, so we thought it might be a good idea to get you all prepared for the game’s chaotic battles by putting together a rundown of all the game’s heroes, broken down by archetype. In our second of four guides, we’ll be looking at the game’s defense characters.

Overwatch players looking for some fun different options may want to check out YouTube user Darnarios’ video that shows a few cool options to change the way characters play. Zarya, Soldier 76 and Lucio among others have an option called “Hero” that gives some visuals options, for instance healing, that can be a literal game-changer. Check it out and then give it a go in game.

Blizzard has announced on the official Overwatch forums that the open beta will be extended through 10 am Pacific / 1 pm Eastern on Tuesday, May 10th. The reason for adding more time to the open beta is to continue to collect feedback from the community.

Blizzard is slowly rolling out lore comics and videos for each of its Overwatch heroes. In the latest free comic, Junkrat and Roadhog get their chance to shine in the sun. Called “Going Legit”, these two Australian bad boys rush in to save the day. Check it out on the Overwatch site.

Everyone is invited to check out Overwatch for the next several days during the game’s open beta. From today through May 9th, anyone can log in without need of a key. Overwatch is available on PC, XBox One and PlayStation 4.
