While the newest title in the Vs. series–Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite–may be on the horizon, many players are still pouring a lot of hype into Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. XusesGB recently released Volume IV in his UMvC3 Comebacks Compilation, featuring players such as EG|K-Brad, Moons, NB|DualKevin, Circa Jbrill, Royal Flush Seven’s RyanLV, ANBU|Punisher and more.

Of any game currently out there, it arguably is the embodiment of the adage “It’s never over ’til it’s over,” thanks to the myriad of ways to steal momentum. In addition to the usual Level 3 X-Factor comebacks, you’ll see X-Factorless OCVs, a magic pixel comeback from Panda Global’s Filipino Champ, and the greatness of PG|RayRay’s Sentinel. There are many great moments from recent events here, featuring several top players in today’s competitive environment, so sit back and enjoy!

With his recent trip to the land of the Rising Sun to compete in Kombo Klash Japan, Ultra Arcade’s Bass was able to take a trip into the lab with some Japanese combo wizards to see what they have been cooking up for various characters. As Kilgore is the latest addition to Killer Instinct–and a character ripe for new tech discoveries–the Japanese KI community has been hard at work seeing what this prototype robot soldier has under the hood.

Bass got the chance to play with Japanese lab monster and Evo 2015 finalist Domi, who has been hard at work with Kilgore to try and maximize his potential. In order to spread this information to the general Killer Instinct community, Bass has recreated some of Domi’s combos and tech for other Kilgore players to experiment with. These combos mainly utilize both Kilgore’s OTG potential off of Light Gun Barrage, with the raw power of his Instinct mode.

When you see his Birdie, you’ll understand why. Crusher has amazing patience and an impeccable footsies game, that definitely puts XYZZY and other Birdies on notice.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo’s Dictator (M. Bison) is know for two things: oppressive offense and having difficulties escaping the same due to his lack of a reliable reversal outside of a super. Good Dictator players know how to escape the latter. The best of the best know how to set up the former.

Now you too can become part of that latter group: Japanese ST player Prime Vega shared a video of himself in the classic mode of HD Remix showing off some amazing Dictator setups. These setups, when executed properly, show exactly how dangerous the character is in the midst of unchecked aggression.

Hakumen has been receiving a lot of attention in the competitive BlazBlue: Central Fiction community lately. He’s already on a decent level on the current tier list of Central Fiction, and it’s possible that the more exhaustively he is explored, he’ll only rise.

Having already covered some of his basics before, now we have this solid combo video to go off of. With some of these excellent setups, perhaps we may see more of this sort of thing at the competitive level coming up?

With the release of Tekken 7 on consoles fast approaching, it is important to take a look back on where the series has come from. Thus: we’re taking a look back on one of the characters that has been there since the very beginning: Kazuya.

One of only a few characters that have been in the roster since the original Tekken, Kazuya was sidelined in Tekken 3 due to the inconvenient fact of being dead. But the video below shows his skills from across the other games, including Tekken Tag Tournament, up until Tekken 5. Regardless of the damage potential of the game itself or the combo system, Kazuya has been a monster across generations.
