In the afternoon before each show, we’ll tweet out a specific hashtag on the Street Fighter or Capcom Fighters Twitter account. All you need to do is use that hashtag in a tweet of your own before the drawing begins at around 8:15 PM PT. During the show, we’ll randomly choose winners and announce them on-stream. After the show, expect a Direct Message from the Street Fighter or Capcom Fighters accounts with your code. The codes are currently only for North America.

If you’re an artist or cosplayer, tweet @StreetFighter with pictures of your creation and we just might feature it on the stream with all credit going towards you!

Tung Fu Rue shows off his newfound damage potential in The King of Fighters XIV

Tung Fu Rue may be old, but clearly age has sharpened him into a killing machine. With this most recent combo video for The King of Fighters XIV — based on the 3.01 patch — Tung shows off some insane air Senpuu Ken loops, with nearly every combo doing at least 70% damage. He also shows off amazing restand combos that make him look more like a Marvel character than anything. Perhaps he should trade in his Fu Manchu for a curly mustache.

Flipsid3 Tactics signs Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition player Angel “Lilo24k” Cruz

Flipsid3 Tactics has added Angel “Lilo24k” Cruz to their Fighting Game Division roster. He will be joining 2016 Evo World Champion Darnell “HollywoodSleep” Waller and Allan “LuCkyL0opZ” Paris. Lilo24k is a Balrog main from the Dominican Republic and his recent accomplishments include placing 5th at the second Capcom Pro Tour Latin America Online Event and placing 7th at Defend the North 2018 in July. His first event under the Flipsid3 banner will be the North American LAN Finals in Washington, D.C.

Earlier this year, Antwan “Alucard” Ortiz and Thomas “Brolynho”Proença both left Flipsid3 Tactics. The departure of the two well-accomplished SFV players left a void in Flipsid3’s Fighting Game Division roster. But no longer — the Dominican Republic has proven itself to be a powerful region for SFV, with RISE|MenaRD and RISE|Caba participating in this year’s Capcom Cup. All of us here at Shoryuken have high hopes for the young Dominican Balrog player.
