After Two Years in Development, Blizzard Reportedly Cancels Unnamed Title

According to former Blizzard developer David Gibson who left the company earlier this week, a project on which he was working for the past two years has been abruptly canceled. While Gibson did not provide any details, he did send out a few tweets that said that his game was “on the back burner a bit over the past 6 months” before being canceled. “Unfortunately, you’ll never see what we made over the past 2 years – that’s gamedev, but we’ll always have Overwatch,” he wrote.

Destiny 2 Rumored to be Headed to Stadia with Cross Save Capability

Ahead of tomorrow’s big Stadia presentation where pricing and included games will be announced, a rumor has surfaced that Destiny 2 will be one of the games and that cross save between platforms will be included. What “cross save” is exactly remains unknown, though it does seem to indicate that it may be a way to put the platform issue behind players for good. The information was gleaned from the Season of Opulence update that deployed earlier this week.

Watch the Bethesda E3 Showcase & Take Home a Mount in Elder Scrolls Online

It’s nearly time for E3 and many of the big companies will be holding press events ahead of the show. The mobile MMO landscape continues to grow exponentially. Even in modern times we seem to be bombarded with what seems like many companies trying to find that World Of Warcraft “magic” bottled in a mobile context. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr’s epigrams are frequently quoted. My favorite is one that comes to mind when playing Talion. Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr Review

Elsweyr is the latest, and possibly most significant, Chapter to be added to Online’s Elder Scrolls Online. It is, for all intents and purposes, an excellent piece of MMORPG gaming. I’ve spent twenty hours in its grasp so far, and have enjoyed it far more than Summerset. But not all is purrfect in the home of the Khajiit. This is our review.

Make It Rain in Final Fantasy XIV Starting June 6th

From June 6th to June 24th, Final Fantasy XIV players can take part in the annual Make It Rain event. Players head off to the Gold Saucer to complete a special storyline in order to earn a Manderville Gold Saucer card. Players can earn double MGP by taking part in any of the Gold Saucer attractions. These MGP can be traded for a number of discounted items including the Monster Toss Machine, Cuff-a-Cur Machine, Roland Card, and a Gigi Card to name a few.
