The newest Shroud of the Avatar newsletter has arrived. The latest in a series of developer diaries regarding creation of zones within the game is the centerpiece, this time the making of Valhold. In addition to a bit of information about how the zone is created the newsletter is packed with images showing what it looks like in the current build.

Portalarium has published the latest newsletter that has some information about the development behind several locations in the game: Brittany, capital of Novia, Skrekk and Shores of Malice. In addition to that, the newsletter details a fan created PvP/Entertainment event called Sandillox Wrestling Federation and St. Patrick’s day Pre-party in the city of Owl’s head.

Red Thomas took a trip to Austin to find out more, but unfortunately the airlines lost his luggage, which included his selection of decent segues.

Shroud of the Avatar: New Scene, Resolute, to Debut with Release 26

The latest Shroud of the Avatar newsletter has arrived and is, as usual, packed with lots of neat information about the game, including the news that Andy Cortez’s Resolute scene will be sent out with Release 26 set to arrive on January 28th. In the newsletter, new players will follow the Path of Courage along the Resolute story line. To show off some of what can be expected, several new (and beautiful) screens were released.
