Bizarro Mike returns to host another episode of Capcom Fighters’ Wake Up Wednesdays, now both looking back at Evo 2018 as well as looking forward to the remaining stretch of the Capcom Pro Tour that lies ahead. Brawlout has had a fairly successful run on the Nintendo Switch so far — but as of tomorrow, August 21st, the platform fighter makes the long-promised trek over to two more major platforms to become available on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Brawlout is available for pre-order on PlayStation 4 in North America on the Official PlayStation Store now. Fans can grab their advanced copy for Xbox One on the Microsoft Store for $19.99. Brand-new Mighty Paco and Mascot Feathers skins are available as exclusive pre-order bonuses!
You can still grab the extra skins if you pre-order today! In addition to this news, the headless protagonist of the new “metroidvania” Dead Cells will be joining the roster in a free update later this fall, expanding the game’s playable cast of indie game guests.

The eight titles that made up the main stage games at Evo 2018 this year — Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Tekken 7, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle, Injustice 2, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and Super Smash Bros. Melee — all had spectacular showings this time around, drawing in the best competitors from around the world to test their mettle on the most prestigious fighting game stage. Ready yourselves, Hunters — another Shonen Jump franchise has been revealed to be part of Bandai Namco’s upcoming arena fighter Jump Force. This time, some scans from V Jump magazine show that Gon Freecss and Hisoka Morow from Hunter X Hunter will be in the game. Have a look:
It looks like we will also see a new battle stage in New York, and Blackbeard and Sanji from One Piece will appear in the game as well. The game’s roster is getting better and better — look forward to some footage of these new reveals in action soon, once Bandai Namco makes a full reveal for the West.
